Hello. I moved out of my apartment in New York 15 days ago and I still have not received my security deposit return. I know when I used the Leasefluent lease feedback generator tool it told me I should receive my security deposit back within 14 days of my lease ending and Leaselfuent also sent me an email on day 14 letting me know that I should have received my security deposit return by then. Any suggestions on how to go from here with my landlord?
